JDRFM uses Google Analytics to help us analyze how you use this Site. JDRFM uses LogRocket to help us identify errors which occur in the users browser during user sessions and to help us with support requests. The information collected by LogRocket includes, but is not limited to the technology used by the user to connect to the Site (including, but not limited to the Operating system and version, browser and version of browser, and type of device), the users Internet Service Provider (ISP), the users IP address, the pages the user visits as well as a recording of the user’s session including any and all information you enter into any form on the Site (excluding passwords entered into a password field), how long the user views the pages visited, the date and time the user first and last visited the Site and the language as specified by the user’s browser. The information collected is sent to LogRocket where it is stored for a period of one month. LogRocket does not collect any personal information. JDRFM uses SHOUTcast for our streaming server software and to list our streams in the SHOUTcast directory. SHOUTcast provides us with some basic analytics which helps us understand who listens to our streams. The data which shoutcast provides to us includes the country where you are listening from, the player you use to listen and the website which referred you to us. SHOUTcast does not provide any personal information to us. When you contact us using either the “Contact Us” form or if you submit a support ticket JDRFM collects personal information (including your first name, last name and email address). All Personal Information is submitted over a secure (https) connection. Additionally, JDRFM collects and maintains log files of pages visited on the Site as well as the Streams which are accessed which includes, but is not limited to the time and date the user accessed the page(s) or the Stream(s), the users IP address, the URL of the page(s) the user accessed or the Stream(s), the User Agent (UA) of the browser/media player used to access the page(s) or the Stream(s) and the referring URL.

All personal information you submit to JDRFM will only be used for the purpose of contacting you. Your submission of personal information is not required to use our Site or Streams and is only necessary if you choose to contact us. JDRFM does not use any personal information to make automated decisions and and we will not link any personal information you provide to us with anonymous information collected by Google Analytics, LogRocket or SHOUTcast. All information collected with Google Analytics is used in accordance with Google Analytics Terms of Use. All information collected is used by JDRFM to help us improve the quality of the website and content and to help us to operate the Site and Streams. All information is used by JDRFM for the purposes outlined in this Policy and JDRFM does not sell or lease any information collected and, unless required to do so by a court order, will not share any information with any party. Google Analytics uses “cookies” (tiny text files stored on your computer) to store information as does the Site. The Site will work just fine if you disable cookies although previous player settings (i.e. player window position, player volume, etc.) will not be saved.

Google provides users a way to opt-out of Google Analytics. If you choose to opt-out it will not affect your use of the Site or the Streams. This site provides users easy ways to share and connect with us on social media as well as other users. These apps and services (i.e. facebook “like” button, twitter, and the chatbox) are not controlled by JDRFM and therefore JDRFM has no control over information collected by them.
